Sacred Mother

Each print has seven layers from a woodcut color reduction and one layer from a maniere noire lithograph on top, eight layers in total. This image is of my older sister and her kids. I have put my heart soul and body into this project. I wanted to embody the amount of love my sister has for her kids. The love is unmeasurable, but this is an attempt at capturing that. I love my sister Jema and my niece and nephews so much, and this project is dedicated to them.
